A curated catalogue of open, registered-access, and research-grade biological, fisheries, acoustic, oceanographic, satellite, climate, and geospatial data resources.
The catalogue distinguishes source data from derived products and records access conditions, scale, format, provider, and intended analytical use.
Reproducible workflows
Software and data are connected through project-specific workflows for acquisition, quality control, harmonization, modelling, visualization, and reporting. The Reproducible marine data systems project documents this broader analytical architecture.
Access and licensing
Not all fisheries or biological datasets can be distributed publicly. Restricted data will be represented through metadata, processing descriptions, synthetic examples, or reproducible code that does not disclose confidential records. Public software releases will state their version, license, citation, and repository explicitly.
