This section documents scientific software, analytical frameworks, and reproducible workflows developed for marine ecology, fisheries science, stock assessment, environmental analysis, and scientific computing. Development status is stated explicitly; tools without a stable public release should not yet be treated as production software.

Until those elements are available, each record is labelled according to its actual development stage.
