A curated discovery layer for scientific software with a verifiable public repository and enough documentation for external use or technical review. Source code, issues, releases, tests, manuals, and development history remain in the canonical repositories.

Repository classification alone is not enough for inclusion. Experimental applications are labelled explicitly and are not presented as official monitoring or management products.

  • Pelagytics — Concept and prototype only; no canonical public repository has been verified.

Catalogue note. The authoritative repository inventory is maintained in qselmer/qselmer. This website synchronizes only the curated software subset into assets/data/software.json; editorial inclusion rules are stored in software/registry.json. Incomplete, undocumented, private, concept-stage, or not-yet-defensibly-classified repositories remain outside the primary software catalogue.
